Aid Stations

The 5K course will have one aid station located at approximately 1.5 miles (or halfway) into the course. The aid station will have a restroom facility, water and Gatorade products.

Medical Support

Medical personnel will be available at the start and finish lines of the course to cover minor medical issues. There will be a first aid kit available and an aid station manager will have access to immediate E.M.T. and ambulance services if needed.

Portable Toilets

A portable toilet will be available at the aid station. Please DO NOT relieve yourself on either private or public property along the course.

If you are still on the course after 2 hours, keep in mind that the half marathoners may be coming in from behind you, and you may be asked to continue the run on the sidewalk adjacent to our course. SAG wagons will patrol the route providing support to these participants.
We also suggest that walkers and slower participants consider using a fanny pack that accommodates a water bottle and snacks.
